1st cycle mood swings was created by MRfeathers
howzit guys

for those of you that dont already know, im 8 and a half weeks into my 1st cycle (cyp 500mg/week, dianobol frontload).
for the past week or 2 ive been getting terrible mood swings. one day i feel on top of the world and the next i feel down in the dumps for no apparent reason. i become really irritated and im sure its really unpleasant for my friends and family putting up with it

anybody else have similar experiences?

I sometimes have issues during PCT, but mood swings are a common occurrence when using AAS.

Dont let things like this get you down bro you working hard and looking good, it will all be worth it at the end when you looking and feeling good bud. Just keep it up and try and control the moods as much as you can.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

What Greg said boet, just try to control those moods and temper bud.. It's very easy to lose it once you on a cycle. It eventually gets better, well more easier to control, that is.

just breath and try to remain calm... I was enough of a lose cannon just by myself but on my first cycle i went through many keyboards and desk phones   not to mention kicking the random office chair...dont allow you temper to get the best/worst of you.. just breath, remember those pressure points.. Woosaaaaa ;)

Hey MRfeathers,

I experienced something similiar more towards the end of my cycle. Read my thread.

Cycle (emotional) side effects

Always good to know that it's a normal part of being on a cyle.

MAX OUT your expectations of what is possible for you...you CAN handle the weight

I recall it only being the end of the cycle and 1st week into PCT. The wife disagrees though. I was normal and fine with eveyone else (ie. at work and with friends), on top of the world when training, but she explained that I was very defensive, short tempered and argumentative at home. I don't recall having depression days like you though.

Hence considering including TestProp and Provicon in my next cycle. And will be making a mental note of all sides sothat I can remind myslef and manage it.

Atleast you are aware and acknowledge it, which is the first step to managing it :cheer:
