water retention with and without adex

Just an interesting observation between my last cycle and the current one i am on.

My first cycle of test cyp and dbol i used adex from the start and after one week i had almost no weight gain.On this cycle using the same compound i am a week in with no adex used and i am almost 2,5kg heavier lol

Add weight gained is water retention !!

Is the weight gain from water retention?

I am hoping not but probably is ,i dont gain muscle that fast !!

thats impressive. How has your diet changed though? And adex will not limit gains to that degree irrespective of how mcuh estrogen is suppressed. Test causes you to grow as a result of improved protein synthesis and a its androgenic capabilities of making us able to lift ehavier and thus grow more in the prescence of sifficient calories. While the prescense of estrogen in our bodies creates a more viable anabolic environment for growth than when its missing completely, total estrogen suppression will not hinder gains to the degree your described.

Furthermore, I am one of those guys who would rather limit estrogen conversion while on cycle, possibly to the detriment of gains, to ensure that I have a much smoother pct.

Well i was on a 500 cal deficit before i started the cycle with the use of clen ! I am now eating 100 cal or so above maintenance ...clean diet.
I am pretty sure its water retention plus the increased cals , most of the weight being water retention from the dbol & test.

What's impressive about water retention? :lol: He is ONE week in. On dbol adex makes a big difference. Adex does not suppress estrogen completely.

Maybe I should have started with the adex looks like my nipples are getting sensitive ... eish anyway ill give it a day to be sure then hit adex !
