Equi powerhouse cycle

Howzit guys,

i am 1.82 in hight and 83 kg's. body fat % 10.

I am thinking on going on the equi powerhouse cycle in the download section.

Have any of you done the cycle like that before. what kind of gains are you looking at. and can someone please give me a desent diet what i can use with this cycle. my aim is to way 90-95 with body fat of 7%.

Any info will help.
