Losing weight after pregnancy

Sup brothers! I would like to ask some advice for a friend, she had a baby and is struggling to get her old body back ( which was hot :whistle: ) haha what can she take to help she does lots of cardio and eats clean just struggling to get it off after giving birth, Any help guys please?

If she had a baby i will not take any fat burners thats just stupid

Is she breast feeding?

if she is not but the baby gets sick and have to drink from the mother, what then?

Might sound crazy, but my wife's 22 and after our child she wanted Zumba and did some dieting... Bought it for the PS3... 3-4 a week! Within two mths she dropped like 10-16lbs and was a lil lighter than b4 preg!

Relax boetie, I never said she can take fatburners if not breastfeeding.


I'm suggesting that breastfeeding will make her loose fat automatically without even dieting or using drugs. Muscleaddict also mentioned it.

I read some where taking a multi and some else dramatically reduces the fat in females... Can't remember what the other natural pill was tho, it's been month since I read it..

Her baby is more then a year old she been trying for the past year to get back in shape, she isn't breast feeding now

I know i was breast feeding till i was about 3. Most girls hate it, thats where thy go wrong. Use it or lose it.

If she is not lossing on the right diet then she is doing somting wrong. Losing a kg a week is really not that hard most i know of wants to lose fat to fast and thats the wrong mind set. Post her diet and we can crit it.

Since the baby is already a year old and she is not breast feeding she will be just fine using one of the fat burners like fuck off fat in combination with diet and mild training.
