Cutting with TEST E

So I am into week eight of my carb cycling diet and results have been amazing. Only dropped around 3kg but I have been harder than I ever was on a keto diet and just seem to be much stronger and more muscular.
Keen on upping the ante now and introduce some T3 into the mix. Would gladly cut with ECA,clen or yohimbime but all of these seem to give me massive headaches and I just cant deal with the jitters in the line of work I am in.
As I know that T3 can be highly catabolic in the abscence of some AAS. So I have about 2ml of testen 300 in my possession and was wondering if ill be able to cut with this. Basically keen on running 600mg week with some adex at 0.25/day. I know that prop is probably better, but I have the gear and I am keen on making use of it.
Now I have a few questions:
1) Has anyone actualy cut with Test E before
2)I still need to source the adex and wondered if it would be better to run the test @600mg/week with adex for 10 weeks. Or run with 300mg/test with no adex for the same period.
3)Would it be better to drop the t3 and basically run something more anti-catabolic such as ECA/Clen
As mentioned, goals are completely to retain and possibly add muscle. Will be tapering t3 from 20-100mcg and back down again over a 6 week period. Will also look to run winstrol as a birdge from week 11 to 13 before pct.
As for current diet, as mentioned its a carb cycling diet using two med carb days (100g/day) Three no carb days (0 glycaemic carbs) and two high carb days (400g clean carbs) over a seven day period. Protein is static at 300g/day and fats at 60g/day - strictly efa's from fish oil.
Training, currently on an a version of German volume training, incorporating three days of HIIT at 20mins/session.
Any advice will be appreciated
Regards

Much appreciated brock. any thoughts on using the test e at 600 with adex or 300 without adex given my plans to run the T3?

Why do you want to run the Adex only with 600mg of test?
