8 sessions a week is madness. Exercise IS addictive, but more is not better. You should HALVE it to give your body a chance to actually get to work.
I'm sure you know this, but many people just forget.

Good luck!

Shut up and Squat!!

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I do train too much. I do 4 to 5 Crossfit sessions a week for conditioning. They range between 20 and 30 mins. It's very high intensity training.

and on top of that I do 4 strength sessions a week. Mixing it up between Olympic lifts and power lifts. These usually take an hour.

What I will do is cut it to 4 - 5 sessions a week and see how that goes. Maybe drop a few conditioning sessions and really focus on the lifting.

@DBatDBN - agreed bro. I am totally hooked. but it is counterproductive smashing my body like that every week.

Hey guys,

So just a quick update on my cycle. I have 4 weeks to go and to be honest I am pretty disappointed. My gains have been minimal at best. After going for bf assessment today I have gained a total of 5kg. Now on a cycle like this at it's cost I don't think that it has been worth it.

Please keep in mind that prior to this I was on the Zone diet which requires you to get all your carbs from vegetables. So glycogen levels were fully depleted. Since starting the cycle I have been on a DJ diet so I reckon a lot of those 5kg's have to do with the diet and not the gear.

Now I know that I am using a quality brand and I know that my supplier is probably the most reliable out there so I am not sure where I have gone wrong????????? I was sick for 8 days though but out of 10 weeks.

Strength gains have been ok and training has been going well. But gains minimal. I do not feel solid to the touch.

Also over the last 3 weeks my sex drive has diminished pretty badly, not normal for me on cycle.

I also have not had any real sides at all. Not even oilier skin. Only the fact that gyno started flaring up about 2 weeks or so ago gave an indication that I am on cycle.

Recovery has not been great either so I just don't know??????

Now the fact that my sex drive is very low even though I'm on test is a big concern. Maybe this is where the problem lies. Should I go for bloods or is that useless while on cycle?

Advise please chaps. I pretty sure I should have seen much better results on a cycle like this.

I am already taking so much gear, but would it be wise to up the test dose for the last few weeks and run some prop in my bridge?

Considering how much you've been training I'd imagine you must have lost quite a bit of body fat? 5KG is good if you're also losing considerable fat.

Hey bud, I've dropped 2% I'm sitting at 10% at the moment. Would love to get to that 8% mark though.
