Clen and heat is always a good way to go, cycling them in this manner - 2weeks clen and then two weeks heat. This is irrelavent though if your diet is not in check, as this is the most important thing when it comes to making abs. What does your diet look like? Secondly are you doing any cardio? If so what?

That diet is kak boet. Drop all fruit and fruit juices and yoghurt and milk products. Structure meals like this:
Training day
Meal1: protein and carbs
Meal2: protein and fats
Meal3: protein and fats
Meal4: protein and fats
pre work out: oats and raisins
post work out: Shake
Meal5: Protein and carbs
pre bed: protein and fats

Non Traing

First 3meals protein and carbs
Next 4 meals protein and fats

Dont' mix carbs with fats in one meal.

You can read the dieting stickies and how to create your own diet.

First get this in check, if you have the bucks - I would get a custom plan from DJ. You can email admin on the contact us page and then ask for DJ to get hold of you.

Then consider taking the fat burners.

Just do some slow cardio, in a fasted state in the morning for about 20min working up to about 30-40min. When your insulin levels are low your body will opt to burn fat and this is what happens when doing cardio in a fasted state.

It's all about being prepared bro. On a sunday cook your meals, freeze them and defrost as needed daily. Like RVP said if you want something bad enough you will do it. I know the drugs look like a quick fix but you'll be back to square one if diet is not spot on and you stop taking them.

How much time do you ahve in the morning? You could do your cardio after your gym session as this will be another oppertunity for you to burn more fat as your insulin levels are low again after work out.

Ya that's pretty tight, i would still try and even do 15min of some hiit except for leg days. Just something to help burn a few extra calories.

Hey Guys!
Sorry to hijack your thread but I need some advice. I'm 31 years old, 1.90m, 97Kgs and have also been fighting to loose that extra fat!

I've done a few cycles in the past and they all gave me nice results (I wanted some lean mass, so I did SuperTest+Deca and SuperTest+Tren). But I'm becoming heavy! My cycle will start in a month ( I do one 3month cycle a year ) and I'd like your advice. Wanna loose that extra fat and keep the muscle ( don't we all?? ). Not looking for muscle mass anymore, just wanna be fit.

I gym 4 days a week, do spin sessions x2/week and cycle on the weekends ( +50km MTB )

I've got a "Lean Muscle Diet" from DJ, witch I follow closely during the cycle, but slowly drift away off it.

Any advice on the type of cycle I should run? Or maybe not a cycle at all, and just some fat-burners

thanks in advanced!

You said it yourself bud, you don't even need a cycle to lose fat.

Now that you have a good diet from DJ, why don't you incorporate some fasted cardio in the mornings (fasted cardio targets fat before muscle) with high intensity workouts, and you could even throw in some Clen & Yohimbine.

No real use of further shutting down your HPTA axis for nothing, especially when your goals are really to lose some stubborn fat which apparently Yohimbine is particularly good for. Stacked with Clen and a great diet you should be good to go. :)

The diet will make the biggest difference though, no steroid or fat burner or supplement will ever beat what a quality diet can do for you. You're in good hands with DJ, he works with the best (search 'Koe007 13 weeks out' just to see).

All the best bro.

Thanks for the fast reply!

Great! I really am not looking forward to having my backside looking like a pin cushion again! ehehe

I was just under the impression that when trying to shed fat, you should partner up with some test, just to keep you from going catabolic. And what about strenght? Wont I feel weak?? On the fasted cardio days, no pre-workout stuff like Jack3d or the likes of it?

I stand by you as to DJ's diet!

So to recap:

1. Diet
2. Diet
3. Diet
4. Fasted Cardio
5. Clen + Yohimbine
6. HIT Workouts

Tanks!
