A lil help on a cycle!? was created by Headhunter12
You can only read so much! After my first incident with super test 250/deca, I think I would like to go with a decent oral or two! Tren 500? To hardcore for a beginner? I seen u guys have a beginner set for lean mass cycle!
Primobolan & Proviron!
Ima read a bit more on it and figure out what I need/want, but for the time being! Any suggestions?

Age: 25
Weight: 182
Bf: 12
Active lifting for 3 years

Reading can only be good, the more the better

Yes Tren is not for beginners!

I think primobolan&proviron is a good oral cycle. You will keep all your gains,

But a good solid diet is the key to any cycle.

Yes Diet is Key!! But let me throw a curve ball!!!
I don't eat fruits or veggies, so the ideal diet for me is avoid processes foods as much as possible
Meat: tuna and chicken
Greens: green beans
Maybe some easy Mac!!
Some times I go get Maximum Greens from GNC for some vitamins n stuff...
Guys no shit, it's hard to make gains when I can't eat that stuff!!
ANYONE OUT THE LIKE ME!?!?

Dude fruits are not supposed to be in your dieet (avoid sugars) and veg contains so little calories that it can be left out (just take a good multi vitamin)

So you my friend have no excuse;)

This whole post, do you eat tuna and chicken? or not? Do you eat green beans or not? Do you eat veggies or not? Do you have a medical problem that you can't eat these things if that's what you said? Sorry I am a tad confused

It all comes down to dedication, I don't think it comes down to you not eating veggies and fruit. You have to find it within yourself and if you can't - You Shouldn't Do Juice

I agree... Yea from Mississippi! Maybe I eat a lil too much and that's the prob, bc I am not training MMA anymore, To burn fat... So I'll just follow the guide lines of building muscle, and eating less! Maybe that will help! Hard to stay motivated when my wife hates me going to the gym.. And my son takes up most of my spare time... I have to workout right before bed bc thats about the only time I got!!

I don't think you need to eat less. Maybe just add some cardio in to help burn off those few extra calories. I know it must be tough if you don't have someone to support you but who are you doing this for, yourself or the mrs? I'm blessed my mrs supports me 100% and she loves gyming to so this does help motivate me at times when I'm not amped.

Myself... I fought at 155, skinny/ripped
And have always wanted "The Body" lol
I just have to be doing something! So I sold the game system, stopped MMA, and chose to do this! For about the first yr GNC ripped me off selling me all type of shit!!! Then I found Sunshine Heath foods! Way cheaper vs GNC... I'm very active! It's just I eat a lot of stuff, including FAST FOODS!!! We hang with my wife's fam on the weekends and they eat out like 3-4 times a day! Hard to stay on track, haha

You've just got to stay focused and you should know all about getting into a weight division to compete in mma. So you should have the know how of eating correctly, just need to put it in practice. If your food is preped then, you will not look for an alternative. As soon as you don't is when you start to look to things that are quick and easy
