There are other antibiotics are well, but personally I think that's taking it too far...

Just shower in mornings and evenings (so face/back/shoulders wash with anti oil soap)and you should be good to go, if you're eating clean minimizes acne sides considerably.

I still get break outs now and then and I find Zinplex works well, and has zero side-effects. Not sure about the price though.

Most probably reacutan or generic acutan. You will need to visit a dermatologist for a prescription its quite harsh on the liver and tests are done every 2nd month to insure everything is shap. 3 to 6 months minimum treatment (depending on severity) otherwise rebound is almost always experienced just aggravating the acne even more.
I went on a course 4 years back, never had problems since other then the typical cycle flare up.

no it was something else, my face didn't dry up, wasn't liver toxic. My doc offered me reacutan but i was like hell no.
Ive been looking for the script, as soon as i find it ill post the name.

- legalon daily to keep the liver clean
- 10g/day of B5 (pantothenic acid)
- minomycic (tetracycline) 100mg morning and night. Over the counter antibiotic.
Now B5 is tuff to find, and freakingly expensive in pills (u need like 20 pills per day). BUT it's dirt cheap if u can buy it as powder. 1tsp in ur shake morn and night, and ur done.
PS: I miss a single dose of any of those items n I break out the next day. It clearly works for me.

Being on a keto diet has helped tremendously! The moment I cut out grains I noticed improvement.
Benzac is a decent product that can help over night. Is just dries you out a bit so you can't use too much.

There is a ointment called Oxy 10 which is exactly the same thing as far as what I can read on the box and is cheaper.
