Winny cycle update was created by Rowan
Hey guys. Just thought i'd update you all on my current state.
I'm in week 4 of a 7 week cycle running winny at 60mg per day; proviron at 50mg per day and an eca stack.
weight before cycle - 82kg
bf% 13
bench - 85kg
squat - 80kg
behind neck press - 60kg
After 4 weeks:
weight - 80kg
bf% 11.5
bench - 120kg (i know, right??)
squat - 100kg
behind neck press - 80kg
Iv noticed and documented an awesome increase in strength and actually feeling alot drier and tighter all round.
The addition of the proviron has kept my "boy" as strong as ever so the Mrs is happy.
Cleaning up my diet considerably in conjunction with added cardio in the form of skipping at home and the thermogenic has helped me drop a bit of fat quite nicely.
I started taking milk thistle and joint-ese 2 weeks prior to the cycle so i havent experienced any joint issues and hopefully my liver is holding up ok.
the only down side that i've noticed thus far is a "tight" lower back? I dont wanna say its sore cos it really isnt (try imagine day 3 2after doing deadlifts?)
Anyway, im feeling good, feeling strong and its been a goody.
Take care guys.
