To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Can this not be nerves that's clinched or something due to the weightlifting?

When I started cycling I got them every night on waking.
Now, I don't get them that often again.
Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

spike wrote: Mate if you are also complaining about back stiffness this can be related. The neck can cause pins and needles, as can certain myofascial trigger points. It can also be an effect from increasing muscle mass, which begins to limit mobility and place pressure on conducting nerves and blood vessels. All something we would definately examine for if you come in for a consult
Agree with you
I know tren does tend to also have a factor in this if I am not mistaken.
The pins and needles shouldn't last long as well check the iron in your blood.

Guys, I should imagine that steroids increase muscle cell volume, possibly causing an increase in intra compartmental pressures... This could predispose to nerve compressions. Muscle is also less pliable and mobile than fat and so more likely to place pressure on nerves in awkward positions.
Elbows resting on tables will put direct outside pressure on your radial nerve as it passes very superficially posterior to the elbow.
Um, but im scared of needles...
