The guy I got it from is in Joburg, maybe its based on a diet from DJ? Not entirely sure though.

yes that diet is one of my diets,it how i generally start everyone looking to lean bulk on something similar,just the values of the foods differ,but i like to adjust things as the weeks go by and people give me feed back, i think david started on the same food structure as that, but ask him now with constant emailing and replies his diet is about 500% different from there.
