hi, i have a friend that would like some help planning for his first upcoming comp

he is in great shape, a personal trainer, bf - 12%, 95kg, height 1.86 age 30

he plans on the following

Week 1 - 6 1ml tren ace
Week 3 - 5 2ml tren ace
Week 1 - 6 1ml Primo enan
Week 1 - 4 40 mg proviron ED(mon to fri)
Week 4 - 6 40 mg proviron ED
Week 7 - 8 20 mg proviron ED
Week 1 - 5 80 mg var ED( mon to fri)
Week 5 - 8 20 mg kessar ED

I would like to know what u think and where an how this cycle can be improved?

well he has just finished this cycle and is looking at , equip, tbol, testoviron, and tren enan,

i will post his proposal shortly

So from week 3-5 you will in essence be running 3ml of trean a ? Also please specify the dose smount as in 500mg per 1ml suspension etc etc

Doesn't make much sense as apoester points out about Tren ace can you clarify dosages and amount of shots? i also want to ask why would you run proviron mon - fri and var mon - fri, why not just run it throughout? I would also run the var until week 8. Is there a reason for running kessar as neither the primo nor the tren aromatase? And Primo enanthate has a 10-15 day half life and because it is an enanthate you should probably run it for at least 10 weeks. What is the dosage of the primo? A good dosage would be around 600mg/weeek. This is an awesome stack to any cycle if you can afford to do it properly. Tren ace has a very short half life and needs to be pinned at 40mg ed or at least 80mg eod to keep blood plasma levels up.

That is a fantastic cutting cycle but you need to do it proper, I would see if you could get the primo ace and stack that with the tren ace if you're going to be running it for 6 weeks as the short esters will work quicker. Enanthate only starts kicking around the time your buddy stops this cycle so seems pointless to spend so much money and not to make full use of the ester.

Hi machine I'm confused. You first say he is planning that cycle then in the next past you say he has finished that cycle?

But good advice so far. For a short cycle precontest rather swap the primo e for masteron prop and also add in test prop. That way you'll have a great synergy with a dht, 19nor and testosterone. That's a killer combo if you are into tren. I'd add some t3 as well at a low dose coz tren affects your thyroid.

Week 10 - 12 clen 80mcg ED + 5ml zetofen at night
Week 14 - 16 clen 120 mcg ED + 5ml zetofen at night

so where can i tweak it ?

yeah i dont know why he did that proviron mon to friday thing , thats just what he showed me he did , i also think he should just do all the way through

also if tren and primo dont aromatise , then why did i get such hectic gyno using tren and deca and now i avoid n - 19 subs at all costs ?

Bud first things first... equipoise really kicks in after about week 10 so throw in another bottle and go for 15 weeks.

Then tren ent for 10 weeks is way to long go for about 7 weeks on the tren on the end of the cycle.

Test dosage is way to low shutdown with the tren is not going to be fun..

rather for a long cycle with the equi go for

Week 1-10 supertest 640mg ( picking up dont like the test so much )
Week 1-15 Equi 700mg
Week 1-6 Tbol is fine on 60mg ed
Week 10-16 Tren ace 40mg EOD if he likes the tren go for 80mg
Week 10-16 Test prop 150mg EOD
Week 14-18 Winstrol 50mg ED
Week 1-18 Proviron 40mg ED if budget can hold it

Personally i would throw in some pregnyl from week 8-14 250iu - 500iu per week

then when he starts with the tren he can supplement T3 and clen to get nice and dry

ok thanks man roozer, why the tren prop and the tren enate ? his comp is in the 16th week though ? think we skip the tren prop ,stick with the enan and be sure to add the proviron


also he has decided to go for testoviron instead of s test so his test only going to be at 500mg EW.

Why the pregnyl for 6 weeks from the 08th week , yeah i know to kickstart the balz again but why noy wait til the pct ?

Week 14 - 16 Winstrol 50mg ED
Week 1 - 16 Proviron 40mg ED

Complete waste of this on the Tren E for that short period.

Do you think he should rather just stick to the tren ace then ?

ok so why is tren enan for 5 weeks a waist

Because the enanthate ester is only lekke kicking in at 3-5 weeks. So thats 2 weeks max benefit of the tren.
I would do:

1-10: Cyp 2ml PW
10-16: Prop 1.5ml EOD
1-16: EQ 1.5ml PW
1-6: Tbol 60-80mg daily
8-16: Tren ACE 80mg EOD
14-16: Winstrol 50mg daily
Proviron throughout, Although masteron would be better IMO.
If he's got the cash drop the winny and go for anavar 60mg from 10-16.

EQ isnt really neccesary dude.

why masstron better than proviron? thought it was like a must for all cylcles

and masstron more of a cutting agent right ?
