Hey bro, looks ok to me just wanted to ask what is your cycle history? What is the reason for using IGF? I know it has some excellent gains, just want to know your reasoning. Wouldnt use Nolva, rather stick to letro or adex.

There are two forms of IGF-1, the first is normal IGF-1 found naturally in our bodies and the second is a modified version known as IGF-1 LR3. Serum IGF-1 only has a half-life of about 4 minutes where IGF-1 LR3 is two to three times more potent and active for a full 24 hours.
IGF-1 works best when stacked with HGH and testosterone, but since IGF-1 suppresses further HGH secretion they should not be injected close to each other. IGF-1 is used two to three times per week on muscles far away from the stomach to avoid excessive organ growth (Roid Gut). Muscles like trapezius, deltoid, biceps, triceps and calf muscles are suitable for IGF-1 spot injections. Quadriceps, latissimus and pectoral muscles should be avoided.
Spot injections of ±50mcg are administered intramuscularly in both the right and left muscles about 45 minutes after training. High protein intake is essential during this period to insure protein synthesis takes place. Side effects might include nausea and headaches. IGF-1 comes in 100mcg vials making them perfect for one muscle group administration. There are 1mg vials also available but the downside is that they require 0.6% Acetic Acid solution for reconstitution and since the IGF-1 molecule is very fragile the 1mg vials also tend to spoil after a few days of handling and you end-up with a useless vial of “broken” IGF-1 molecules.
To reconstitute IGF-1 product you will draw up 1ml of sterile water in an insulin syringe. Pierce the vial’s rubber top at an angle so that you let the water run down the side of the vial. If you spray directly onto the freeze-dried powder the kinetic energy from the stream of water will destroy all the IGF-1 molecules and you will have a useless vial of water. After the 1ml water is inside the vial let it sit for a few minutes (not too long) so that all the powder can dissolve. Do not shake or drop the vial, as that will also destroy the active molecules. After the powder is dissolved, slowly draw the reconstituted liquid from the vial and inject half of the contents directly into the left and right side of the muscle group you trained 45 minutes earlier.

This is from Admin, hope it helps bud and I hope admin doesn't hit me with a copyright law suite lol ;)

Hey David thx for the info and great advice

Ive got a fair cycle history, but always using more or less the same cycle and feel like i need a bit more but dont want to do that by simply increasing dosage!

Usually these two cycles consisting of the following and of course the normal precautions (letro/Nolva/adex) and proper PCT

Bulking(more or less):
Test E
Deca
Diana

Cutting(more or less):
Test E
Equip
Anavar

From my personal experience i found Equi working great for me! nice consistent gains and keeping most of it.

Stats ATM:

Age: 25
Training: +- 7 years
Diet: Proper, but will change according to goals
Weight:94kg
BF%: +- 11-12%
Cycles: +-8
