Alcahol and juice! was created by Superman89
Hi guys I was wondering what's the take on Alcohol and juice is there a no go or is it allowed to what extend if so. As well as sodas that I suppose the sodium etc. could damage any oral intake? I'm not sure on this. I personally believe it would be best to not take any alcohol but what would u suggest?

You said it yourself bud, alcohol is a no go. I find it affects my training, so try stay away from it. When on a cycle, your diet should be spot on in any case so if I were you all I'd be drinking is water. And that's besides the harmful effects it has on your liver...

No. More strain on the liver, and less muscle gains.
But if you do drink, you will live to gym another day, just not as strong as you would have been...

If I'm not mistaken Alcohol will lead u to go into a catabolic state. There is no way ur body can recover and grow after a weeks intense workouts whilst consuming alcohol. So in essence ur wasting ur cash on gear. Sure ull add size from water retension and strength from the androgens but that's about it. Alcohol also dihydrates and that's the last thing you want not to mention the "empty" calories.

Most guys would have a social drink now and then. But its gonna set you back and cause damage to an extent. But ill say even for the guy in the gym not using juice its very important not to drink! Alcohol drops you natural test very low and after one night on heavy drinking its gona take about a week to get to normal, and in life today that's perfect timing for the next big dopping session. So in other word drinking every weekend even for a non juicer WILL screw up your gains. That's not evev talking about liver and kidney damage!

So best is to only drink water and your shake obviously and on the take of let's say coke, sprite, fanta etc is that also limited as I can imagine drinking that might mess up with tabs in ur system or is there no worries on that.

Alcohol on juice is a bad idea. Not only does it increase pressure on your liver it messes with the regulation of your blood sugare levels, while alcohol is being metabolised your bodies glucose production is limited and can lead to hypoglyceamia and messes with your insulin levels, not a good thing. Chronic drinking leads to hyperglycemia and reduced insulin take-up, also not a good thing.
Alcohol is directly toxic to the testes, and causes reduced testosterone levels and elevated estrogen levels. "In a study of normal healthy men who received alcohol for 4 weeks, testosterone levels declined after only 5 days and continued to fall throughout the study period"......"Prolonged testosterone deficiency may contribute to a "femininization" of male sexual characteristics, for example breast enlargement"!
It also impairs calcium metabolism, bone structure and a host of other stuff, just all round a bad idea.
Having said all that I love a few cold ones so try to limit it to just a few light beers occasionally.
