Hey guys, right now I'm pinning twice a week, one shot left quad one shot right quad. Do I need to change to other sites aswell or is one shot per site per week ok?

I'm really comfortable pinning quad as I can see what I'm doing.

the only place were 'success' comes before 'work' is in the dictionary

If you are pinning the same site once a week that's fine I find, its when you are jabbing every 2nd day that finding new injection sites becomes difficult.
