Hey People

Im 24 weigh about 85Kgs and am about 1.74m tall

i have just purchased liquid clenbuterol 250mcg/ml.(15ml bottle)

i also have usn phedra cut ultra XT and phedra cut liduid XT, Size on INtra workout and USN whey Protein

i use Cellucor C4 extreme before gym.

Im new to all this but did some reading up on it.

My question mainly was weather to bulk up or shred weight, i would love to have big muscles and look big and ripped that explains the Size on i purchased but i found out later that i should shred first then bulk then vut.

There's so much to read and i just want to lose weight, and look good for myself and the ladies. i want to have a 6pack and look toned!

So i have all these things and dont know what to do with it, if someone can help me with some advice or point me in the right direction please.

Look forward to hearing form you pro's

Why waste all your money on supplements when you can use that money to buy proper food to start a proper diet? Dieting correctly itself will even make a difference, but dieting with high-intensity cardio will help you see results. And they won't be instantaneous, so have a little patience when you start, it'll go a long way! Try contact DJ to help draw you up a proper diet that will help get you where you want to be. What are your goals by the way? Like what is your current BF% and what is your goal BF%.

Welcome bro. Ok buddy, post up your diet and lets see what that looks like. That will be step one - otherwise the clen you might as well throw down the toilet now. Drop all supps for the time being except the whey, is it 100% whey? Step 2 - do some cardio. Wake up earlier in the morning, hit the gym and do a slow cardio session for at least 20-30min keeping heart rate under 130bpm. Do this cardio session on an empty stomach as your insulin levels are low and your body is forced to use fat for energy. It is best to drop weight first and then keep putting lean muscle onto your frame. Only way to judge what you're putting on muscle or fat!!

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

Thanks for the replies gents.
Currently im not on a diet of any sort, i pretty much eat when im hungry and am not happy this way.
my bf% is tipping on the obese side at 25.51%
I did some calculations online and decided a good weight would be 70kgs however i decided to reduce my fat percentage and not weight if im saying this right, so its basically a goal BF% of 0.15%. so GOAL weight would be 75kgs.

i do understand that abs is 70% what you eat and 30% work in the gym but im sick and tired of being chubby and a fat kid. i want to look good! and im ready to work for it, the diet and a good training plan is what i need and i know i can achieve my goals!

im not so experienced in the gym either i read Mens Health mags and google stuff and thats about it.

My whey protein says 100%...so that i know i'll need , i just don't know how much of it and when??

another question i have is should i not take the phedra cut liquid or tabs?

Once again thanks for the replies. i really appreciate this.
Respect to you Guys for your time and advice.

hi ally cat. when we say diet we dont say starv youself. i thought i was eathing allot untill i found out i was eating to little for my body weight and that was why i did not loose any fat.

when you diet right you eat allot 6-7 meals a day. so dont be discouraged thinking you are going to eat nothing.

go read diet 101 @102 under the diet section. this will give you a good idea of how badly you are eathing.

good luck.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

Everyone has highlighted diet which must be good but also remember to train for your goals. Google training programs online and look for fat loss workouts. Get yourself a black book print the workout logs stick them in and take it to the gym. Track your weights and progress. Get your measurements done, bodyfat, cm's, blood pressure, cholesterol etc.

Generally you should now be doing higher reps with medium to medium- heavy weights, try to make sure you have a stable of bench press, deadlift, squat, pull ups and tricep dips in there, doing each weekly. Do weight training 3 days a week and finish a 45 minute weight session with 15 minutes decent cardio, skipping, punch bag, treadmill whatever.

Do 3 pure cardio days a week. I would make 2 of these cardio as noted by David and 1 day a high intensity interval session. After 4 -6 weeks assess your measurments and see where you are. Whatever happens change your workout program and layout after week 6. Alternatively do 2 weight training sessions a week, 2 cardio sessions a week and 2 crossfit type training sessions a week.
Make sure you have 1 complete rest day a week.

If you just go to the gym and wonder round without a plan you wont get anywhere.
I would take the phedra cut, you bought it might as well use it. When your diet is sorted think about the clen, not before.
Let us know how you go.

My comments are not advice, medical or otherwise. I am not a medical practitioner. Always consult your Doctor before making decisions.

Read the dieting stickies on this site and work out you macros. Then decide on a dieting approach you wish to follow, once you got your macros, work out a meal plan. I know its a hassle, but you are going to learn alot. Or email admin and ask for dj's email then contact him for a custom diet.

If you got your diet sorted there will be no need for fatburners, IMO the over-the-counter fatburners are kak anyway.

Do cardio 3-4 times a week in the morning for 20-30min at a good steady pace.

Come back after a week and brag with your results ;)

Lets go!

Hey bud, all I can say is that you are on the right track and your attitude is in the right place. Do yourself a favour, go and search for a thread called MY CLIENTS PROGRESS. There is only one person who I can reccomend you to and that is DJ. His fee is reasonable and advice is world class and he gets the results you desire. Email admin and ask for DJ's mail address and get hooked up bro. You won't regret it. You can do this bud!!

Got to agree, your attitude plays such a big roll, it keeps your dieet and workout in check afterall! I went from 79kg to 71kg in under 2months, and like mentioned I didn't have to starve myself at all! What worked for me was to use a calorie counter, that way I could start to see just what I'm taking in and what shortages I had, and what's the ratio of macro nutrients and start making changes from there! Also got a ton of advise from reading through threads here, top advice:!:
