cortisol lowering supplements

hey guys. so we know when we use steroids our cortisol levels rise and then our gains start so slow down. so many guys like to cruise between cycles ,eg preping for a show. from biogen there is 7-keto-gen and adrenal boost to lower your cortisol levels to normal. would this be beneficial during a cruise or even like 1month before a new cycle?. so able to get maximum results. also would it be useful to use during cycle? and i know over-training adds to it and taking 1000mg of vit c helps and lots of good foods (dj :Pv ). thanks

why not just have rest days and not too much intense cardio? i wont use biogen shit ever...

if you want to lower cortisol look at a dose of phosphatidylserine at about 600mg a day.

For how long must I use it? And I assume that I can just get it at dischem? And usage through cycle would it help? Thanks bro.

4 weeks on max,then 2 weeks off,then same again,bud,if u are sleeping enough,doing 4 daysa week training,eating enough and not over doing cardio then cortisol levels won't be an issue.

thanks bud . so say one bulks for 12 weeks and then cruises for 4 weeks then starts contest prep, with all the above mentioned your gains wont be hindered ? and in the cruise cut the training and eat more . and take a week off gym you should be ready to go again, i know its not whats recommend but an interesting thought.

Its actually pountless coming off to cruise for 4 weeks if u are going back into a back to back cycle.

Regz 10 week cycle of 1000mg a week of substance followed by 5 weeks of 150mg-300mg of substance followed by a full cycle,so basically 5-10 weeks of 150mg-300mg of test between cycles instead of pct.
