I am starting a cycle soon first time in 2 years. doing a basic 500mg test cyp for 12 weeks and tbol for the first 3 as a frontload. my question aside from amex could I use some proviron or something to keep the water down. if proviron what dosaage and what week should I start.

40mg of proviron and clean diet and drinking lots of water should help...

Didn't you say that Kessar during a cycle is not recommended DJ as its tough on liver. My gains were severely hindered on my last cycle using arimidex at 0.25mg per day so I don't believe in adex unless u are using massive doses and it suppresses estrogen too much. I'm also keen to hear if kessar would be a better option with proviron on a beginner cycle like this

Hence the reason i have been suggesting adex 0.5mg 2x a week, also kessar every other day will not belt the liver too much.

And kessar shouldn't hinder gains as it doesn't suppress estrogen but rather blocks the receptor right?

Also adding in masteron will greatly reduce water retention on cyle...

Doesn't kessar taken on cycle reduce gains because it lowers igf-1 levels or is that negligible if taken eod? Wouldn't aromasin be a better alternative because it doesn't lower igf like kessar and adex does?

It will lower igf levels,but I have still had major gains with using kessar and adex eod.
