critique my cycle, if you please!

Hi guys, been planning and debating my 3rd cycle and would love a critique or some advice on my choices!

Firstly, I'm going for lean mass: my age is 26 weight is 83kg, 1.75M tall and 14% BF and my diet is 100%

Cycle is;

Week 1 - 12: Test cyp @ 375ml P/W (once a week pin)
Week 1 - 12: equi @ 600ml P/W (also once a week)
Week 1 - 4 : O TBol 60mg ED
Week 8 - 12: anavar 50mg ED

Then for the pct, it will be fairly standard (clomid/nolva) BUT! I wanna know if you guys think I should run hcg during weeks 5, 6, and 7? And what would be a good dosage

Why don't you just go for the sites sample? Tren acet,Prop and Anavar

To be truthful, Tren scares me! My first 2 cycles were simple (test and proviron / test and winny) - don't think its wise for me to go for "the big daddy" of aas just yet!

When are you planning on starting the pct? Waiting time for equi is 50 days and cyp 36 days quiet I big differance, so why do you move the anavar from week 12-16 or even week 15-19. Your pct on equi should start on week 19 on 12 week use. I'd say running hcg on pct would be a better option. You can find an example in cycle section. And even like johan said check out the cycle sample section. They are well thought through.

i would up that dosage of test cyp to 500mg a week,you equi dosage is fine, you will need to wait from the end of week 12 6.5weeks to start your pct as waldu explained as you are waiting for the esters to clear the body before you can start your pct,rather use the anavar in that time of 6 weeks to keep you anabolic in the waiting period, add some proviron in there too...

read up on PCT, clomid and nolvadex wont be enough as a pct in my opinion.

I did a very similar cycle and it was great. A few things though, as the others have said.
Move the var to bridge into PCT. Add in Proviron @ 40mg/day minimum, you can do this throughout the cycle but if cash is an issue use that during your bridging as well.
You will definitely need Hcg in your PCT in my experience with this.
With Test Cyp at 500mg you may want to consider having some Adex to hand as well, or at least budget for it in case you need it.

I will definitely move the anavar to the bridging stage then. And I do like the idea of adding in the proviron!

@DJ: With the pct, would nolva/hcg/clomid be enough? Or better yet is there a sample pct I could follow to the letter on the site, that would work?

And lastly! Is it possible to run the anavar for the whole 6 weeks before the pct?

Looking over that I think I should run the second PCT, but I'd like to use ovidrel instead of pregnyl: do u guys think I'm right? Or does equi shut down enough for me to rather go for doctari's pct?

This should give good lean gains with a good diet, would definitely add in anavar after last shot, for 6 weeks then pct.

18 days after last shot 300mg
36 days after last shot 150mg
45 days after last shot 112,5mg

Dude, you've gotten confused. EQ halflife is 16.5 days. PCT starts at 3x that = 50 days. Don't complicate it too much. The halving of active substance is nice to explain what halflife means, but not how one calculates when to start PCT - your calculation would only apply if someone took one 600mg shot of EQ. Remember that even at 45 days after the last shot there will still be active EQ from the week before that's shot.

Eidolon,I did explain that in that sticky I made, also doing 600mg a week,after 6 weeks your peak concentration will be about 699mg I do believe,so that extra 100mg over the 50days will still come down over the 50days enough to get bellow 100mg to start pct

It's easy to over-complicate things or get side-tracked when attempting to understand the logic behind stuff.
