When do Pro's go off???

Most do 2 shows a year at least so when do they go off?

as far as i gather there is 1 month off.When do they PCT?

Thats probably why most of them struggle with kidney problems and so on, they probably always on cycle...

I do remember something about Marius Dohne taking december off, basically dropping all protein and so on to try get his kidneys functioning again.

Bro if u work with guys like hany rambod he says 2 shows a year maximum,george makes guys come off for 2-3 months a year...most guys only do 12 week preps like branch and jay does a 16weeks I think...they do take from olympia to jan off usually...

how do they go off if the Arnold is in Feb???

Also not all pros do the arnold though... And from arnold to olympia is still 7 months so they take off then,I know when jay cutler was here said he doesn't diet or train for 3 months in a year,just does 3 meals a day sortve stuff...

and the guys that do like 3-4 shows to keep there cards and to qualify?

U will never loose a pro card, once u have it...also u gotta look at the compounds used between shows, like these pros aren't gonna carry on using tren for the whole time between arnold and olympia but test yes,higher dosage,but everything else that might cause an issue will be dropped... But their diets are super clean between that time...

i understand that they tone down on the harsh substances.So test is like a constant.
