What would guys recommend be the initial dose of deca pw for someone new to the compound?

1ml per week.

Well what Deca, what is the MG/ML Ratio? I would say around 300/500 mg is a good start.

Well i'm not sure at the moment, depends where i'm at, here I would use PGW but overseas I can only really find gen-shi labs which is a 100mg/ml.

Thanks STUARTF, what was the difference in results between 300mg and 500mg in your experience?

To be honest I haven't used Deca in about 5 years and I always rather go for Equipoise or NPP. I bloat up like a mofo on deca. Having said this some guys love Deca (like Jackrabbit) and it works for them.

To answer your question I would say that 500mg will give some good strength and size with 500mg - 700mg Test Cyp or Enan. If you are a newbie then 300mg Deca with 500mg Test will be a good start. Although Deca is very popular it is also a 19-nor compound meaning that at high dosages it can cause prolactin and progesterone side effects like prolactin gyno. Anti-progesterone compounds like cabaser must always be considered when running high dosages. So rather if you are new to it, be safe and stick on the low side. The difference will obviously be a less amount of size and strength gains.

Deca is a awsome drug, but you should know how to control the bloat and prolactin sides. Maybe go for NPP the first time using a 19-nors, and to answer your question about the results is that the difference in 300 and 500 would be like 500mg to 750mg test.
