Week 1-10: Test E 900mg EW
Week 1-10: EQ @ 525mg EW
Week 1-4: Test prop 1ml EOD*
Week 11-12: Test prop 1ml EOD
Week 12-14: Winstrol @ 30mg EOD
Week 12-14: Proviron @ 40mg ED

Winny is used @ low dose because of SHBG reducing effects with the proviron, not for gains.

Your test seems a bit on the high side, 900mg from the E + 400mg from the prop = 1.3g a week assuming the prop is 100mg/ml

900mg is high yes, but its doable, 1300mg sound like overkill, I just dont want water and too much orals are also kak hey. Its either prop or tbol. Maybe I should pin 450mg E for the 1st four weeks adding the prop will make it 850mg. Then switch to the full 900mg PW E after the frontload?

I'd go with the tbol and keep the test e dose at 900mg/week

Go with 60-80mg tbol for 5 weeks.the 900mg test is fine.10 weeks equi is too short 14-16 weeks is advised.

Not sure if if proviron increase or decrease the SHBG , just I know that proviron frees up more test and there for you don't ned to run 50mg of winni and 30mg suffices. Its like more bang for your buck. Go check in the information section on proviron and it explains it nicly.

Proviron (1 alpha-methyl-17 beta-hydroxy-5 alpha-androstan-3-one) and Masteron (2 alpha-methyl-17 beta-hydroxy-5 alpha-androstan-3-one) don't "lower" SHBG they actually bind to both the sex hormones albumin and SHBG (a glycoprotein protein produced in the liver) which binds itself to testosterone, so with Proviron and Masteron binding to SHBG it will become biologically unavailable, thus the amount of free testosterone available in the body is increased effectively. 1 methylated (Proviron) binds more so than 2 methylated (Masteron), the reason for this is that Proviron is an oral steroid so it will have to first pass through the liver, and that is exactly what you want due to where SHBG is produced, hence the reason Oral winstrol will be more effective too than that of the injectable for its effects on SHBG. So in essence to break it down all DHT will be effective, so Winstrol -> Then Masteron (2 methelated) and then Proviron (1 methelated) the reason is that the 17 alpha-methyl has a stronger binding effect than that of other DHT. However if you did want to stack something together, that would be Winstrol or Proviron with Masteron as they would compliment each other.
