Doing whatever it takes was created by machine
hey there i am back again, tommoroo is officially last day of pct, going for next cycle on the 19 March, but going to do whatever it takes to get past 92 kg this time , which was my best yet.

so a couple of questions before i start my plan here and any sugestions as too the best way forward.

Now i have had the best results yet on just sa sus, which i ran for abouut 3 weeks at per week. that was whilst i was on a course of dragon pharma test prop and that russian labs equip and those brish dispensary dbs. it was shit gear so i decides to toss it and just hit the pharma sus. worked wponders with my body , it seems to respon realy well to the sa sus.

So this time round i am thinking of as little fasncy shit as possible and just the sa sus at like 3 ml a week with equip to help with appetite and frontload with anaps + proviron all the way through????

or Primo aceetate front load for 5 weeks whilst running the primo enan for 10 weeks + proviron all the way through, which is going to cost about the same as the first option???( have never tried primo but read lotsa good thing about it )

Going to post my stats tomorro, but what i can tell you is that to my utmost disgust i have droped to a ridiculous low of 83,7kg after a meal, bf on about 16 %. sure i am dropping bf to as low as possibe before cycle but man 83 !!! i cant go on like this

i am not going to wait til july to start next cycle , thats way way to far away .

going for bloods soon and while medicate what needs to be balanced and then start again. looking at the 19 of march start.

which option is the better ?

Bro u need to wait the period of time after your pct,1 month is not long enough,if u wait a month then u wasted a whole lot of money even running a pct.

You need to do 3 things, 1 get your diet in order,as in follow it 100% and not cheat other than 1 time a week, 2 train properly with your diet for 2-3months solidly before going on cycle, and 3 stop being so impatient...

The last cycle u were on you didn't complete work outs, stuck to your diet 75% and wonder why your gains where not great, also the fact that u were on cycle for such a long time also contributes to those factors of limited gains.

What is your bench press at currently? How many kgs for how many reps for how many sets, what is your current squat at currently? How many kgs for how many reps for how many sets? What's your deadlift at currently? How many kgs for how many reps for how many sets?

Squat 80kg * 8 rep * 3 sets , after 2 warm up
dead 100kg* 6 rep * 3 sets, after 2 warm up,(actually dont like to push it past 90 cause then hernia hurts for a couplle of days after wards but i like dealifts alot)

Bud,you can easily get that bench and squat over a 100kgs before u get back on cycle with decent diet and training hard, ok so don't do deadlifts, plenty other things to do, but u can push a lot heavier than what u are now...I know naturals at 80kgs pushing 135kg for a bench press...I would suggest getting your squat and your bench to 100kgs each way before going on cycle.

ja ja i know i am not on form at all, thsts the mission here. things gone a lil bit downhhill since i stoped working at the gym, however i know with a little bit more effort i can go past 100 each way.

if i follow the rule of thumb then its five months till i go on cycle again. do honestly wait that long before going on cycle again dj ?

wow dude don't wanna sound like a douche... but I am natural still and I kill you..... Why don't you just go natty for a while till you are 100% zoned in then jump on your next cycle..?

You really seem to be approaching this from the wrong way, I mean the determination is obviously there.. But there are other factors that are very obviously lagging and you gotta sort those factors out.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Ya well you shouldn't let that get to you bru.. size come with time and dedication.. Fuck what everyone else thinks.. I am natural as in, never done a cycle.. Soon to lose my cycle virginity though ha ha..

5 months isn't so long to wait if you think about it.. Set a time line, wait 3 and see if you are still going strong, if you are then keep pushing to 5 months.. Easy, just takes will power.. I've had some of my gear for nearly a year and the rest for the past 3 months or so and i just keep pushing my cycle further along purely because I am not satisfied with my natural physique yet.. Will power bud, engage it ;)

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Naps is a no for a 2nd cycle IMO.
Proviron all the way through is a waste of money - Keep some tabs, stack it with winny and bridge to pct.
EQ for 10 weeks is also to short time.

Make of it what you want
Good luck.

machine, bud, if we sound like your mother then your mother is a very very wise woman, what you need to realize is we speak with the voice of reason here, we don't want you to go out and hurt yourself, first off get the hernia sorted out, this is a major set back,it shouldnt be painful all the time and this is just something that is going to get worse with time, you wont grow if you cant train properly, this happens when you have an injury which you do.

the reason i say train naturally with a decent amount of food for the next 3 months is not because i dont want you to progress and use steroids and grow, its because you will be able to do alot better when you are on cycle.

let me give you myself for an example. i was on cycle for a long time last year,20 weeks,of which some of those 20 weeks had equi, and tren and test at all decent dosages. now i saw great results, i then started my pct 2 weeks before my wedding, i did a full doctari pct and i even extended docs pct to include another bottle of ovidrel and another half bottle of aromasin and kessar. i then trained untill the 16th of december and took 2 weeks off diet and train just to enjoy a little over christmas. i came back to the gym and i wasnt very strong, was only managing to push 40kgs for single sided dumbell rows for 6 reps for 1-2 sets, 25kg dumbells for incline dumbell press and 90kgs for a squat, which made me very very depressed. so i got back onto clean dieting from the 1st of jan, and have been eating clean from then till now, my squat is up to 130kgs,my dumbell rows i do 60kgs for 8-10 reps for 3 sets now with ease and incline dumbells are up to 45kgs now after doing 110kg bench press.

so i am now building my platform for when i do go back on cycle,so before i start a cycle i want my bench to be 120kgs for 3 sets of 6 clean reps, i want my squat at 140kgs for 3 sets of 8 clean reps(i cant go ass to the grass as i have flat feet/dropped aches so i cant go low,i cant even sit like a bush man with out my heels lifting so i go to just on 90) and i want to be able to do 60kg dumbell rows for 3 sets of 12 reps with ease, so that when i do go on cycle i can see that i am already pushing myself to grow, and that when i come off cycle and do my pct my lifts wont be worse than when i started.

on your cycle question, 20 months on cycle and i bet you the sa sust was the first part of your cycle and thats why you got the best results.

for you i would suggest the following, ONCE YOUR DIET IS IN ORDER!!!, 500mg of sust and 525mg equi and 300mg primobolan a week for 14 weeks. you can front load with anapolin or with dianabol, either is your choice. that cycle will give you 1.3g of of substance a week of injectables, this is more than a good dose to get you growing, the gains should be quite lean. if you suffer from gyno issues, use ARIMADEX 2 x a week to start and not to suppress estrogen to much.

If your hernia hurts after deads and not squats then its most likely a form issue, keep your eyes up, back straight and hips low. Agree with everyone else, wanting to pin 3mls of test with equi without yet being able to bench bodyweight is foolish at best. Wait it out, no amount of test will make you a monster if you dont know how to train and eat correctly (before you say you do and you've been training for how long, your stats say otherwise). You have to earn the right to be big

@DJ, had a similar problem (squat depth/cant get to 90 issues) till I saw this www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/spo...the_thirdworld_squat

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

gorilla - dam right , i cant remember what cycle no this is going to be

Dj - that was very informative bro and it gets me thinking, got to run now chat later. the sus was closer to the begining but i think it was cause the other gear i had was kak and thats why i ended cycle with w3 weeks sus.

how does sa sus compare to the paki sus ?

also how does how would letro be as a substitue for arimadex ?

darn looks like fate says that i will have to wait for SARS to pay for my gear. anyway not if i can help it.

so any thoughts on the paki sus compare to the sa sus ?

and what do you think of using letro before the cycle for 2 weeks to avoid gyno compleatly and then start the cycle and keep on the letro al the way through at say, 10 drops EOD. others have said to take it up to 2.5 mg EOD , how mant drops would that be ?
