Is it fine to drop the LP Adex into some water then drink it? or should I just take it straight under the tongue

Prefer not to dilute it in water as adds a further variable that may confound correct dosing.

Just drop it in your mouth

Yeah. I drop it into a teaspoon and then lick it off.

The last LP clen I had tasted like a pretty decent whisky :silly:
