Was my first cycle went from 72kg @ 12% BF to 86 @ 14% BF. Dropped back to 12% BF my weight is at 78kg now... WTF 6kg gain?! Started winny today and got a pro to do my diet. Any chance I might gain some more weight? Say a kg or two?

Replace the white bread with whole wheat rather. 5/6 meals have carbs, which is a no. Which is your pre and post workout meals?

Way too much shake, too much processed foods (no bread, less pasta)
post meal (protein + complex carbs + good fats) should be an hour after exercise and whey shake just after gym.
Read under diet section as DJ said, your diet needs a lot of work mate.
After you are done working out your diet, post it up so we can crit it
how tall are you btw?

Stop watching tv, white or wholewheat bread is still a processed carb source and the difference in GI between the two isn't even that much actually

Well the guy seemed to love his bread lol, didn't seem like such a bad option for morning carbs but oats will be best morning and pre workout and some dextrose/vitargo post workout
