How to use dandelion root?

i am coming to the end of my primo cycle and doing a photo shoot in 10 days time. how do i take danelion root to get rid of the water before then?

well the best thing is to go ketogenic for 4-5days,then carb up 2 days before the shoot, water load for the first 3 days of keto diet with sodium so day 7,6,5 out from the shoot 8l of water and 5g of salt daily, then day4, 4l water,2.5g salt, day 3, 1.5l of water 0 salt, day 2,1, have 1 capsule with meal 1,3,5 as well as only 1l of water, then have 2 caps before bed the night before. start "carbing up" 2 days out from the shoot.
