I am a lawyer and to context to what "Biggerfast" said, there are copyright laws the artists call intellectual property. Therefore the artist much be acknowledged.

Yes,u are right supertest,and the post was asked for with the link,but the link is to a site that sells steroids as a source which goes against the rules of the website. Also there is no disclaimer on that website he copied from..but in the book biggetlooser posted from there are pages saying there is an issue with it...so the post was referenced,then the reference deleted due to the illegal nature s on that website
