Hi all

Searched around a bit but can't seem to find good advice.
I am going on cycle in 2 weeks. What are the best supplements to take while on cycle and while on PCT.
I will be taking liver supps so more interested in vitamin supplementation advice?

I would suggest:

2000mg Evening Primrose Oil
3000 mg EFA (Omega 3, 6)
Good Multi Vit

Creatine
Glutamine
Multivit
Rychol(Co-enzyme Q10 and Red yeast rice extract) Lowers bad cholestrol.

I think 00Pump mentioned something about Vit E whilst on PCT as well. Thanks for the advice.
