Did you push air in the vial from syringe first?

Yes when I push the air from the syringe into the vial, the syringe then automaticly fills itself with 1.4ml without me drawing anything

Yeah that is the reason you push air into the vial, makes it easier to draw the liquid

Once you have got the desired amount turn the vial back the right way around and with your finger on the plunger, slowly remove the pin from the vial

Ok let me see if ive got this right. 1.4ml came back into the syringe when I injected the vial in an upright position, now I must turn the vial upside down and draw the remaining 0.6ml?

No, draw more than 2ml's as there will be bubbles in it and once the bubbles reach the top, push slowly to get them out of syringe and back into vial. I ussually draw about 2.1ml's as to give room for error. Once the bubbles are out, then you turn vial back the right way around and take pin out the vial

Bro put a pin without a syringe in the vial, there is a surplus amount of air in there that is causing pressure... Release the pressure.

Ok so theres already 1.4ml in the syringe. So now I draw 0.7ml and release that 0.1ml when I push on the plunger to remove the bubbles?

Just to reiterate what jakes said there and to prevent this from happening again next time. You dont always have to inject air in, it just stops a vacuum from building up and making drawing tricky. You have a pressure build up in there so stop adding air and it'll be fine

Um, but im scared of needles...

I noticed the when I injected everything back in and started again, there was no rebound and I had to draw the whole 2.1ml. How hard is it to draw the test without the air injected into the vial?

Its not very hard. You only need to inject air if it gets difficult to draw

I see spike, ill try drawing without injecting and see how it goes, even if I fail I can start over. Could you have a look at the question I posted on my other injection thread, link below, created this one out of a bit of panic so would rather keep all my injection questions on one thread, thanks man
