Upon awakening.
1 cup strong black bitter coffee (preferably Riccoffee, use two tea spoons fir the cup), 1X 500mg Extra strong Disprin and 50mg of ephedrine.
200ml fat free milk on the side.
Breakfast
4 hard boiled egg albumens and 1 serving "oats so easy" and one fruit.
Mid morning
Six provitas with marmite.
Lunch.
One can of tuna in brine, 100 gr of rice or pasta.
Mid afternoon.
1 serving of Pure protein with water or fat free milk.
Dinner
Steamed veggies (Carrots, green beans, broccoli and so forth) and 300gr of lean steak or lean mince. very small
portion of brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
Before bed.
1 serving of pure protein with fat free milk or water.
