Kidneys

A month ago I finished my cycle of 12 weeks. It was a light cycle of Cyp and dinabols. While I was on the cycle I used essentials to protect my kidneys. Last night I noticed some pain in my lower back. I am not sure if it can be my kidneys or my lower back muscles. My brother told me my cycle was to light and to short for it to have damaged my kidneys.

I just want to be safe, what can I take to repair my kidneys if there may be any damage and what can I take in the future to protect my kidneys while on a steroid cycle?

Edit: if it is it wasn't caused by the cycle. Maybe kidney stones or something. Do you drink soft drinks?

Yes I do drink soft drinks and I had a lot of them this holiday season. Why, what can the soft drinks do?

There's your problem. Lots of people get kidney stones from a lot of coke etc... Ps, shouldn't drink the shit, it contains a lot of sugar which is empty calories.

One can permanently damage kidneys by using certain steroids but I highly doubt that you did. Ditch the soft drinks and get in at least 5l water for a few days. The problem should clear up by itself. Give it a week, if its still there go see a doc

Prod the area if sore when prodding them it is kidneys or if there is a rash around the kidney area. Do not guess, as pump said go do a piss test
