Hi guys

A friend is on cycle and he got sunburned and also dehydrated with vomiting and loss of apetite.
He drank alot of water and game and kept cool but how do you battle these symptoms ?
He's been sick now for a day already.

Energade 3L a day, 20g of glutamine 3x a day, try get some solid carbs down,toast will be good. And make sure he drinks another 3L of water.

Good to know - just be carefull with this. He had all the symptoms of heat stroke. Its extremely dangerous. I knew someone who died from this and my mom nearly did at the same time.
