Guidance on stack

Hello All,

Need some guidence on stack. It's been about 3 years since my last session used. Looking at getting kalpa or Balkan gear. Not sure yet, still researching. I am 6' 185 lbs 11%. Will be at 9% before I start. My stack will be as follows.
1-10 wks
Test e @ 500mg wk
EQ @ 400mg wk
(ai) arimidex at .5mg Ed or eod
Nolvadex start week 12 @ 40mg everyday for 2 wks and down to 20mg everyday for the third wk.
I want to gain as lean as possible so I will maintain a good diet.
Was thinking about using tren-ace but kinda freaked about some side effects I've read through various forums.

Is the nolvadex supposed to be your pct? If so its not gonna cut it,u need to wait 6 weeks post equi shot before your pct,run the test en for 12 weeks,and start pct in week 17, in this 6 weeks use winstrol and proviron during this time.

At 84kg and 6 foot tall you can add a lot of weight to your frame - easily. 10weeks is too short for equi. Just pin 750mg test for 10 weeks and frontload with dbol.

You need to get your diet sorted out. pct with clomid, nolva and hcg. Take adex to control estrogen levels.

How long should I use dbol and at what dose? I don't wAnt to retain much water, I want to get as lean of gains as I can.

In your opinion way would be a good intermediate lean stack to use. Please note I would like to use test e.

Lean gains is all about diet

Okay PGW test e (300mg per ml) 2.5 ml of that weekly for 10 weeks (750mg) with dbol at 40mg ed daily for the first 24 days. You can do the pct 31days after your last pin.

Since I won't be going to SA anytime soon PGW is not an option. My only option is Kalpa, Balkan, Gen-Shi, or Scrioxx. Any opinion on that gear? Thanks

Don't know any of those brands so I really can't comment bud.

DJ: do I need to continue (ai)adex during the 6 weeks winstrol and proviron? Also what would I need to dose the winstrol and proviron during that time? Thanks for your help!
