Anavar advise

I have been contemplating using this substance for the hole of December.
I have done my research as you guys always advise before asking a question
I will be using clen(beta sleep) and yohimbe together with a sound diet and cardio + weight training and 4g of flaxseed per day .

Now I know this is very expensive AAS and I don't want to waste money so having done my research. I have found a few cycles and different sources give different dosages.
William Llewellyn's Anabolics states in one of its sample cycles
Anavar and Andriol(oral test)
8 weeks
Week 1-3 Andriol 240mg/day Anavar 15mg/day
Week 4-8 Andriol 180mg/day Anavar 20mg/day
Another Cycle states from same source
Or Anavar 15-25mg/day and Primobolan 200-300mg/week

The sample cycle from this website states
Day 1-6 40mg Anavar Proviron 40mg
Day 7-10 60mg Ananvar Proviron 40mg
Day 11-55 80mg Anavar Proviron 60mg

Now first why is there such a big differenced between the American cycle and the Local cycle?

How more profound are the results, will you really be wasting your time with the lower dose of Primobolan and Anavar cycle with the Anavar being 25mg/pd

Can you stack Anavar with Winny and what would the dosages be?


Second to that how safe is it doing a cycle on 80mg/day (I know safety is relative thing when it comes to anabolics)

What is the best medication/herb I can take for my liver as don't want it to get damaged.
I have seen some guys here mentioning that you could get shin splints from Anavar why is this and how can I counter this?
What other side effects do I have to look out for?

I would also like to hear about personal experience using this substance.

You not going to find andriol for starters and its a very weak steroid. Anavar will do nothing right up to 60 to 80mg a day.

Read the anavar article on the site and no I wouldn't stack it with another oral, unless you looking at primo ace

I love anavar. If it was'nt so expensive i would add it at 80mg/day for 10 weeks to any cycle. If you really want to do a oral only cycle (for a 1st cycle a test cycle is advised) i would do 80mg/day anavar with 60mg proviron/day for 10 weeks

I am looking at getting the best results with the lowest sides so pinning is no prob for me.
What sort of test cycle would I be looking at?

You will have to state your stats here and what you want to achieve. Also include your diet. Acc to that people will comment on if you should start cycle now, first drop some bf ect

Your basic 1st cycle will be something like:
Week 1-12: Test en or test cyp 500mg/week
Week 1-4: dbol at 40mg/day (this is optional)
Winni: 50mg/day for 7 weeks. You need to calculate this so your last day is 1 day before start of pct. Pct starts about 3 weeks after last pin (the winni is also optional)
Keep letrozole on hand in case of gyno symptoms
PCT will be clomid at 100mg ed for 7 days followed by nolvadex @ 20mg/day for 28days
Maybe HCG as well at 500IU eod from start of PCT till 5000IU vial is finished

BF 17%
Hight 1.7m
Target 10%BF
Aiming for 12 weeks as of Monday irrespective of cycle starting.
Diet will be based on the details provided in the Dieting 101 section
6-7 meals per day.
Aiming for 200-250g Protein 150-200g Carbs 45g fats or less.
Cardio will be @ 20-30min HIIT 5 times a week Road Cycling on Sundays @ 2hours
Weight training 4 days a week.
