DJ , need your help! :)

Could any1 advise me on how to go about getting a diet plan from dj? (If he can reply that would be great) , as I'm preping everything to do the equi powerhouse course, and with the increased appitite it will bring it would be great to just get something made up to help get in the right amounts of food, and get the most out of the course !
