My first ''REAL'' cycle

New to the forum and big thumbs up for post in afrikaans!

Anyway, i currently weigh 88kg. been training for almost 3 years straight and about a year ago i did a oral only cycle consisting of dbols(evolve) and letrozole(only AI my source had available).
i have always had a fast metabolism and was 49kg before training then i started forcefeeding myself until i got up to 76kgs. then i took the D's for 10 weeks:
Cycle looked like this:
WEEKS:
1:20mg ED
2:20mg ED
3:20mg ED
4:30mg ED
5:30mg ED
6:30mg ED
7:30mg ED
8:30mg ED
9:20mg ED
10:10mg ED

Anyway i gained 10kgs and lost NOTHING.
PCT was:
1 week clomid then i used a whole vile ovidrel and another week clomid after the ovidrel.
The main reason i used letrozole was to make lean solid quality gains.
I also used natrodale milk thistle ED on cycle and pct.

Now i am planning a proper cycle, its either going to be test enanthate(PGW),letrozole(LP) with anadrol frontload or its going to be test enanthate with deca then NPP frontload.

What do you guys think?

Just stick to 500mg of test,thats all!

And no frontload either? I wanted to take proviron ED on cycle and then 12 week cycle, 4 weeks frontload and 4 weeks backload with prop and/or winny

Lol... using prop after a test e cycle :whistle: must be because the half life is so long :lol: how about you just stick to the basics bud?

The proviron is a waste, ditch it. Frontload with dbol.

Ps, losing no weight after just dbol - BS...

I ate EXTREMELY clean and the letrozole caused me to look dry as hell on dbols. everyone was amazed bro. I really didnt lose any weight

Okay how about test e 12 weeks frontload with prop ?
I thought proviron frees up more test and it stops estrogen from forming.

You may not have lost weight and the first time an androgen spike in the body, its possible, but your bodyfat must have gone up a bit

Yes my bodyfat went up 1.4% but i carried it well and still looked good.

Frontload with dbol... Proviron is a waste at 500mg test, a proper AI keeps estrogen at bay.

Okay thanx dude, but the kak is I can only get letro and nolva big maybe i can get some asin or adex, i will try to source this, if i can get adex or asin which one should i use?

What do you guys think og PGW supertest 320?

well, you get the best of both (long and short esters), you get quicker results due to the short esters, but you also get the high nitrogen retentive properties of the longer esters...

some people say they prefer the supertest as the experience less bloat than they would on the single ester tests...

plus I think supertest is real bang for buck...especially when running cycles with various short estered compounds like tren ace, npp, mast prop, etc. it is a cheaper test to use for such applications than prop would be by itself

Well then thanx guys also i know that enanthate is only 69mg/100mg test? would that mean supertest is stronger mg/ml or weaker?

No supertest contains 100mg test e and 100mg test c, 40mg test prop and then some longer ester (also 40mg) so in reality its basically just the same.

Don't try and be different, just pin test e or c until you are experienced. I promise you 320 mg supertest won't give better results than 300mg test e, which is painless...

Will do bud but why would a more experienced user then opt for supertest? Also there is 5 esters in supertest:
enanthate and cypionate(long), propionate(short), phenylpropionate and isocaproate (medium length 4-5 day half life)...

so it should still take a while to kick in because 1ml only has 40mg propionate.

Some very advanced steroid users will pick test e over sust or supertest... When one has pinned the same muscle a few times it gets used to it then supertest doesn't hurt. The 40mg prop is nothing, not nearly enough to "kickstart" the cycle so I really see no advantage in really taking it.

Oh I see...but enanthate takes about 5 weeks to kick in, so if you're running a 10 week cycle you only have 5 weeks to gain? Should I rather do 12 weeks? Also If this is my first injectable cycle would you suggest 300 or 600mg PW...I was thinking 600 just need a second opinion?

600mg. Using dbol will help u with the 4 week build up Period

So still not on any juice yet and weighing 90kgs as of last week. Decided to do some more research and then cycle. Anyway Im planning to start in 2 months.

Crit this please:
12 weeks PGW Test E 750mg PW
Proviron 4 tabs ED
No frontload yet..

Looking to add about 20kgs by end next year so I have like 3 cycles to do this.

Please recommend a frontload other than dbol?

@jakes: What do you think? 2 blasts and 1 cruise on test? So its 12 weeks 750mg weekly then 8 weeks TRT dose followed by another blast but this time 1000mg weekly.? Or just a plain old 12 weeker?
