Sorry for the stupid question, but to administer letro would you do it under your tongue then build up spit and swallow it with spit?
Could i put it under the tongue, build up spit then swallow, then have a glass of water and essentially "rinse" my mouth but keep the water in it and then swallow?
Reason for asking is to ensure that i do not want to put any drops to waste.
