Hi guys iam on a 2day on 2day off 80mcg a day clen cycle, got some major cramps in front of neck muscles. What can i use will some Taurine do the job thnx.

I found slow magnesium helps for me... I get similar sides, but while on winnie

I use taurine and I am fine. Also up your water intake

I take Biogen Cramp Prevent which has Magnesium, Taurine and Potassium in it.
