HELP PARANOID OR GYNO! :(

people i have a slightly tender left nipple and feel a small bump undereath my nipple when i press against it i'm on 640mg per week supertest320 from PGW and also 50mg dbols ED blue hearts! am i paranoid or is it gyno and whats the next step if it is gyno ! havent paid yet and just bought my sups and more gear today!!

You should always have an AI on hand in case shit like this happens. Especially with test dosages more than 600mg/wk. Letro would be best as Kyle mentioned.

If you have gyno now, to late for the Letro to do anything as it takes to long to work... Get Aromasin and get Nolva... Start the Nolva and Aromasin ASAP and drop the DBol.

So what your saying is I should run nolva "on-cycle" and letrozole as well.? I can't get aromasin or arimidex! And I'm still on supertest320 so I should only drop the dbOl?

Dude, if you have gyno now and you get get aromasin, i'm more than certain it isn't going to go away... If you can only get Letrozole, then start with 20mg Nolva/Kessar/Tamoxifen what ever you want to call it and then use 1mg Letrozole ED, if it comes in a pill and you can't split it take 2.5mg EOD... Stop the Nolva 3 weeks into the Letro use... Letro takes for ever to work hence the reason you need something right away to start combating the sides...

the letro takes a while to start working but if you can't get anything else use the letro.

Are you guys sure its gyno?? Its left nipple only and there is DEFINITELY a bump underneath, my girlfriend can feel it as well! But I can't say its growing but its quite tender to touch.

Listen, you can sit here and debate all day, you have a lump its gyno, do what I suggested or continue to question the methods and enjoy the surgery, hope you have 30k lying around.
