Lutalyse

(Diniprost Tromethamine)

Lutalyse Description:
Lutalyse is the brand name for dinoprost tromethamine, a sterile solution used for several cattle, swine and mare birthing & birth-related medical conditions. More specifically, dinoprost is used for: estrus synchronization, as well as the treatment of unobserved (silent) estrus, and pyometra (chronic endometritis) in cattle; abortion of feedlot and other non-lactating cattle; parturition induction (induced birthing labor) in swine and; for controlling the timing of estrus in estrous cycling mares and clinically anestrous mares that have a corpus luteum.

Lutalyse Form:
Dinoprost tromethamine is a white or slightly off-white crystalline powder that is readily soluble in water at room temperature. Lutalyse comes in multiple delivery systems including intra-amniotic (injected into the amniotic fluid), intravenous, and intramuscular. It is often found in intramuscularly injectable doses of 5 mg/ml, in 5-100 ml vials. Each ml contains 5 mg dinoprost along with water, and 9.45 mg of the preservative benzyl alcohol.

Lutalyse Indications/Purpose:
For bodybuilding/athletic purposes Lutalyse holds a dual role in that it: 1) possesses strong protein synthesis which not only greatly accelerates muscle building, but also appears to have spot/localized (specially where injected) muscle enhancing effect on both size & definition and; 2) is clinically proven to incite lipolysis (fat burning and mobilization) within fat cells.

With a fast-acting response time, Lutalyse is reported to return desired results to in as little as two weeks. However, multiple studies have been run on the human implications for this drug, many of which remain conflictingly inconclusive.

Although Lutalyse is often taken orally by pregnant women to induce labor, its used by bodybuilders and athletes for the above reasons, as well as to increase the size of lagging body parts. It should be administered slowly and pyramided upwards from .5 mg per injection/day, by increments of .5 mg/day, until the desired dosage is reached. Lutalyses half-life varies based on delivery method, but according to Pharmacia & Upjohn, the intramuscular biological half-life of dinoprost tromethamine is no more than a few minutes, a figure arrived at based on both cow and rat serum measures taken during the 24 hours after the administration of 0 to 250 mg dosages.

Lutalyse Side Effects:
There are a variety of possible bronchial and gastrointestinal conditions associated with the use of Lutalyse, but the most prominent athlete specific (those taking it for performance and physique enhancing purposes) side effects include: injection site pain; flu-like symptoms; diarrhea; abdominal/stomach pain; false sense of urgency toward enuresis (uncontrollable urination) and encopresis (uncontrollable defecation); malaise and; general bodily discomfort.

Additional Lutalyse Information:
Though primarily manufactured in the US by Pharmacia & Upjohn as Lutalyse, dinoprost has multiple manufacturers worldwide and is available via prescription in several countries.

Please don't go there, I had to stick a pill up a cows ass this weekend on the farm, right up to my elbow, after giving him a shot to relax him, then he decided to piss himself at the same time and had to lube my arm with oil.... lol! good luck with going into labor admin.

Fok, I forgot I asked doc about it some time ago and here is his reply:

Ouboet,

Daai inspuitings was fooookken seer !

Haha, thats how I remembered discussing it with doc before. Apparently the loosening of the bowel is best described as "gieter-gat".

yes several shots a day , feels like you cant breath because gets into your lungs or something , hurts to inject ,numb lips. and then you will have the biggest shit of your life it comes like a bucket of water out. half an hour later sides are gone. but pumps are amazing and adding size to spot injection. apparently works well just the downer is so many shots a day because its so quick in and out .and of course u have a elephant poo lol .

no one will understand my journey ,all they will see is the end result and think it was easy !!!
