I see you not a bro, lol um yea you wont be able to get hold of anything off this site, sources are not allowed to be discussed.... your best bet is to perhaps go ask a big dude that looks really ripped in your local gym...

and secondly, if that's you in your profile picture i suggest hiding your face since you are on a site that discusses illegal substances :)

you should look at getting your diet right before considering things like heat since diet and cardio will be your biggest factor in fat loss....
