Been having serious problems with my joints, especially in my shoulders. Been taking Evox joint support, it seems to be helping a bit but not as much as I'd like it to. I do rotator cuff exercises everyday. Its becoming a serious problem as I'm not able to push myself as much as I would like
Thanks in advance

Thanks
Glucosamine is used in joint support supplements such as Arthroguard (it occurs naturally in your joints and cartilage).
Perhaps your doctor feels you have a deficiency.
How heavy are you lifting, and how long have you been lifting for?
Is the pain worse during shoulder exercises, or the following day after training shoulders?
You could go to a physio, but if there is a real issue you'll end up needing to get the z-rays / ultrasound in any event.

I'm 174cm and weighing around 71.Lifting quite heaving with regard to my size and the injury last year. Pain is definitely worse after exercise. Its as if the joints feel under lubricated which surely should not be the case at my age? i just don't see a physio telling me that i must go for X-rays as they always seem to find a reason to make me keep going back hahahah
Try Arthroguard then as your doc recommends. Keep in mind it takes a while before it starts to "work", usually a few weeks.
I take it continuously and it definitely helps my joints (I have a different issue with my shoulder though and it can't be corrected by physio, only surgery).
Edit: And you should probably stay away from certain exercises such as behind the neck military presses, behind neck pulldowns etc.

Just checked Evox joint support and I see it has glucosamine, 500mg per 2 tablets and they want you to take 6 per day, so therefore you are getting 1500mg per day.
Arthroguard has 500mg per tablet, and you take 1 tablet 3 times per day. I take two though which does me fine.
Choice is yours then - go with whichever is cheapest.
