Which yohimbe product are you using injectable or capsule? I have used the injectable with great results precontest, obviously dieting and cardio play a major role.

I've used the injectable, oral and topical methods of administration and all showed results.

I has to be said that I've seen people that just don't respond well to yohimbine regarding fat loss, but then there are others that have great results.

yws then it seems to fot the plan, but you should have brought you bodyfat down before touching steroids... unless you used one of those machines...they are highly inaccurate.

I don't mean to come across as rude but I don't understand how people think that steroids and diuretics are the answer at 25% bf. Yes you can get there going this route but is it sustainable, I don't think so. Seems like a quick fix that will come back to bite you in the ass. Eat right, get lean!! It doesn't happen over night but you will get there and enjoy it even more...

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

PURELY DIFFERENT FROM THE REST

I did use one of those machines,my problem is also that i broke my hand and couldnt train for 6 months so thats when i fattend up then i took 2 months to get back into training properly and i am on a cycle to help get that mOtivation back, i supose i should have dieted first but now i think i will have better motivation to diet properly..currently i am just eating fish and vegtables and i believe it should do the trick...and with the yohimbine it will motivate me even more...i have atleast bin training for 4 years and did have a body fat of 16 which,i hope i stil got it in me...

and by the way yohimbine is best suited to people at low bf% already.. so dieting down before you use it would be best.

bud you are gonna need to email admin and get him to forward me your details and we can work from there... yes zero carb diets make u loose alot of weight quickly as your body holds glycogen in the muscles, glycogen and carbs make you hold water,so that once u have depleted your body of glycogen in the muscles u will have also depleted those stores of water so its not unusual for some one to drop between 2-8kgs in the first week of a ketogenic/low carb diet, but u will start to feel also of energy in the first week or two untill ketosis kicks in,i follow a rule of carb timing keeping carbs at a certain time of the day and it still keeps your muscle full and hard whilst keeping water low to a point but still keeps your metabolism running high.
