Fasted Cardio was created by CHAPEL
Hi guys,

Looking for some thoughts. I usually combine my weights and cardio. 45min weights followed by 40min walking on the treadmill 4% incline at 5km/h..

Now my question is, i normally use BCAA's before this if i am training in a fasted state, as i am on an IF style diet. Recently though i wanted to move my cardio to first thing in the morning. How detrimental will it be to take absolutely nothing pre fasted cardio in the morning with just clen and YHCL?

Thanks.

(shit wrong section again, apologies)

your incline is a bit low, that intensity is boring,i would up it slightly...

@chapel can only see this helping you drop bf% much quicker as you are getting your metabolism going twice in the day. The clen also helps to keep you in an anabolic state = no muscle loss

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

It is boring as hell. However my shins get quite annoyed if i go much higher than that, but will see how far i can push it.

Ye I have thought about that and you are right the clen will help, i just don't feel like losing any muscle at all so want to err on the safe side ;)

Hmmm now what about weights and cardio fasted in the morning? Any thoughts?

I think that this may be pushing cortisol levels a bit too high even it is steady state cardio.. But then again i am not sure.

hey bud, I find that I always need a bit of food in my belly to lift heavy. If I do weights on on empty stomach I feel faint and pap. Fasted cardio in the morning is great though. I do a spinning class before work 3 days a week and bodyfat seems to be going down quicker. I just get too bored walking on a treadmill for more than 20min. I would rather increase the speed to a jog and go for shorter, I know I probably don't reach an ideal fat-burning zone but still burn same amount of calories altogether.

ya I would think it would be too much to do together, but you never know. If I were you I would separate it into cardio in mornings and weights in the afternoon. It also gives you more time to recover between the cardio and weight training so you can maximise training intensity.

Ye that would be optimal, i was one of those idiot students who got a car that needs a petrol station with it, so am trying to minimize the driving haha. Guess I will make a plan and see how it goes. Shot man.

I hear you bro, petrol costs are ridiculous, I've just filled up my tank....flippen R650. When I was a poor student I used to free-wheel down hills to save petrol money, lol!
