Injection marks/bruises

Injection marks/bruises was created by beemer

Hi All,

I'm pinning in my delts, but when pulling out the syringe I'm either cutting the skin with the needle or it leaves a small pimple where I injected. A bit of blood (not much) comes out in both cases.

Is this normal? What am I doing wrong?

I dont see why you are complaining, you are puncturing a hole in your skin, what else do you expect?

hahaha ok, then just stop shaking so much and you won't cut your skin!
