Low T levels was created by Andre N
Hi all members .... Would appreciate some help.
For myself and my 22 year old son.

Let me go first
Male. 55 years old
1850mm 93 kg down from 98 kg ... Body fat estimate based on historic data and current data. 15% .... that gives me 14 kg
75/80 of this is abdominal fat.

So basically a skinny man with a boep.

Decided to lose all excess body fat and started training 6 weeks ago with a low fat low calorie diet, realise something was wrong by the bad taste in my mouth after every training session. looked around on the net and realise that the only way to do this is to think like a body builder, build muscle and burn fat.
So 3 weeks ago I had blood test done.

Total Testosterone : 8.1 nmol/l ...Very low ...... 30% lower than that of a 85/100 yr old

SHBG : 25.4 nmol/l .. Exceptionally low .... 50% of what will be considered normal

Free testosterone : 180 pmol/l .. Same as 85/100yr old .. In spite of the low SHBG levels that gives a higher free testosterone %

My goal

Test levels of 30 year old. A lean muscular body.

Done so far ... Diet for boosting natural T levels and building muscle. learnt a lot from the forum thanks.

Supplements .. Zink, l-Arginine and fish oil

Training 50 min a day 5 days a week . Still building strength, but makes sure to drain the muscles and make them burn.

Targeting all muscle groups every day including 10 min of fast cardio. resting on Sat and Sun.

Its only been 6 weeks but I see some results and feel great.

I can get Supertest 350 and want to start with 1ml every 10 days or every week.

Will need.

Pregnyl

Arimadex

Clomid

And Perhaps Glenbutanol.

Remember that I want to burn the fat, get some bulk and then maintain normal T levels for the rest of my life.

This is where I need some Help

Thanking you in anticipation

Self injecting im B12 1ml and Bcomp 3ml every week

For maintaining normal T levels 1ml SuperT 350 every 2nd week should be enough.

Because of the low HSBG(25.4 nmol/l) I would expect fairly good result with free T in the beginning.

Like to start with Pregnyl to aid in natural T production.

Clomed only when HSBG levels are normal.

Arimadex only if needed after new blood test in 2/3 months time if needed.

With the right diet, training, lifestyle, and natural T boosters I could even raise my natural T levels to the point where I would need very little T as TRT.

No you can't raise your test levels enough that you will need very little TRT.. When you take anabolic steroids it shuts down natural testosterone supply. So by taking natural testosterone boosters, etc, all you doing is waisting cash if you are using TRT, don't waste your money on that stuff. If your test is that low and you on TRT then you going to need to stay on it...

So to break it down, either you do a proper PCT and see if you can get your natural test levels up, this can be done by doing a full blown PCT and getting your weight down, that will also increase testosterone levels. Or you go see a doctor and he adivses you on going the TRT route. You can't chose both...

See Doctari's PCT in the PCT section.
But... i doubt it will have any effect.
Your Doc should put you on TRT - Nebido every 3-4 months with a boost between.

For loads of TRT info see www.allthingsmale.com - Dr Crisler is a TRT revolutionary :). Subscribe to his news letter.

A forum where many TRT patients hang out at : forums.steroid.com/forumdisplay.php?72-H...Alternative-Medicine

But try the PCT with your Doc's knowledge first. Maybe he even perscribes it for you since those drugs are used to treat low test anyway. Take it to him and tell him you want EXACTLY that.

You will also see that Test levels should be checked a number of times preferably late afternoon since your test levels are higher in the morning.

Thanks .

Got a script for both Cyponate and Sustanon 1 ml monthly but in this town they don't want to sell T even with a script.

What I do know is to see any real result I must aim for fairly high test levels.

Please see Link above.Normal Test levels

Read my post again.

You have:
1. The latest TRT protocol - Cyp and Sus isnt going to do the trick
2. A route to higher test levels - Proven. Doctari IS A Med Dr - see his PCT.

No need to keep looking for better answers. You will go full circle and end up back here.

Yes Pregnyl is hCG however, Doc recommends Ovidrel which is Sythetic hCG which is more profound on its effects on FSH. End of the day if you have not been using steroids and have low test levels, there can be many factors involved, 1 is your are married (when men get married they test levels drop while womans increase (proven fact)), secondly being overweight lowers testosterone, and so does toxins, so if you a smoker or a drinker or eat badly this will effect testosterone levels.

If you really want to try the natural way, then by all means try it, but do it properly... You may even be low in certain vitamins and minerals which again can play a party. So try get all the goodies for a Doc PCT, try it, once its done, get some Animal Stack 2 and add those for another 21 days after the PCT, during this, time eat clean, and gym hard... Pumping iron is a great way to increase testosterone (proven fact, that weight training increases testosterone). And lose weight, so contact DJ for that and he will give you a nice diet and any other supplement you may require you achieve your results. Hold off the steroids for now, until you have tried this and see what the results come back like. If not listen to what Jack said about the latest TRT protocol.

End of the day, stick around you won't need to worry about those silly sites anymore..

Calomid 50... From my very low HSBG ( less than 50% of normal ) I think that my oestrogen is also low

Hcg ... I agree

Nolvadex 20 ... dont think I have gyno problems.

Seems to me that I have low hormonal levels all round

Clomid 50, Nolva 20, Aromasin + Ovidrel is all you need, you need all this stuff, as they all work together to reaise natural test levels, it has nothing to do with gyno during a PCT.
