Off cycle and ZMA

Is it worthwhile using ZMA or is it a waste of time and money ? (off cycle)

If you lack zink then yes it can help, thats about it.

they claim a 30percent increase in test right? you see the little star next to it( 30% increase in test*)
well if you turn the bottle around you'll see what the star stands for.... VS DOUBLE BLIND PLACEBO. in other words, ZMA test subjects had a 30 per increase COMPARED to the other test group.
heres the interesting part, as you probably know, zinc plays a major role in fertility. if your zinc deficient, you WILL have lower testosterone levels. did you know that all the test subjects in the ZMA studies were all zinc deficient???? so what do you think happened when they were given a 'huge dose' of zinc????

Correct TestFreak, it is a "supplement" so that means, if you don't lack or require more of something, don't supplement it.

I just take a zinc complex tab once in the morning and one in the evening i feel that it does about the same job as ZMA supps maybe not as efficiently but it is a hell of alot cheaper...

Basicsupplements costs peanuts.
