I find adding animal stack 2 (well now just called animal stack) to the end of your PCT for another 21 days, really helps with Libido and getting you back into the swing of things.. But I would never use any 'natural' substance for PCT, that includes things like H.O.T.

IMO ... Nolva should never be used as a standalone PCT
