Most supplements that do not contain any simple carbs or it will just be harder to manage your insulin.

Punisher... Is there a reason you want to take insulin? Or do you take it cause you diabetic?

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Well insulin is something you can look at 10 years down the line of training if you need it... Which you wont...

Chapel, wayne, 00pump. I understand what you mean I know you can even die from the stuff but like I said I'm not planning on using the stuff I'm actually a strength athlete with an admiration for bodybuilding!
But rather we start a thread on this stuff to educate guys who are planning on using the stuff regardless of the dangers!
